Pearson Carter are currently recruiting a BC Systems Manager for a leading electrical construction firm. They offer a chance to work with the latest technologies as they heavily invest in Business Central, AI and their digital warehouse.
The successful candidate will work alongside an MS partner during an implementation of Business Central, ensuring best practice is followed, before having ownership of the completed solution and taking on any smaller integrations as the company's BC champion.
Responsibilities- Act as the internal owner and subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Support and lead the BC Cloud implementation alongside the external partner (4PS)
- Develop and maintain customisations and extensions using AL
- Provide ongoing system support, enhancements and optimisation post-go-live
- Integrate third-party systems across finance, commercial and operational functions
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose system-led improvements
- Strong hands‐on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proven AL development and customisation experience
- Techno‐functional background with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Commercial modules
A salary of £70-80k is available.
LocationThe role is on a Hybrid (1-2 day per week in office) basis in either Birmingham or Dublin.
