Business Central Functional Consultant

THE COMPANY:

  • Microsoft Gold Partner with over 30 years of experience delivering cutting-edge ERP and CRM solutions

  • Specialists in helping businesses maximise performance through Microsoft technologies

  • Product portfolio includes Microsoft Dynamics NAV, D365 Business Central, CRM, and Microsoft Azure

  • Office based in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire

  • Strong focus on the retail sector, but project work spans all major BC modules

  • Significant project wins and an exciting pipeline of new implementations

THE ROLE:

  • Hiring 4 Functional Consultants across mid to senior levels

  • Full end-to-end implementation work with D365 Business Central

  • Involvement in small, medium, and large-scale projects across the UK and internationally

  • Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, client workshops, go-live, and training

  • Opportunity to work with Retail modules (preferred but not essential)

  • Collaboration with internal BC teams and external stakeholders

  • Fully remote position with occasional client site travel

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant

  • Must have experience working for a Microsoft Partner

  • Strong understanding of BC modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, etc.

  • Retail or LS Retail module experience is highly desirable (β€œGOLDYβ€œ) but not essential

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK: British Citizen / ILR / Settled Status

  • Confident leading workshops and managing client relationships

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

  1. Stage 1: Introductory interview with Operations Lead and Operations Director

  2. Stage 2: Technical deep-dive discussion

THE OFFER:

  • Salary: Up to Β£75,000, open to Β£80,000 for standout candidates

  • Remote working with travel covered
