Looking to move a contractor doing this role into a strategic position elsewhere? Reporting to Shuaib, Head of Engineering, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of D365 and Power Platform development within a large, complex organisation.
The RoleManage and oversee D365 and Power Platform projects alongside business‐as‐usual activities. Line manage a team of 10 permanent employees. Play a key role in re‐architecting the D365 CE application focused on services. Handle stakeholder management and requirement gathering. This role is primarily remote with minimal travel required to London or Newcastle offices.
What You\’ll BringExperience as a D365 & Power Platform Development Manager, Lead Developer, or Technical Lead. Proven track record of leading a team of developers. Expertise in Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, C# .NET, and JavaScript coding. Strong knowledge of Azure including YAML pipelines and Logic Apps. Experience with Power BI and Service Bus is beneficial. PL-400 certification is an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
