D365 CRM Functional Consultant
Fully Remote Up to £50,000 DOE
An established Microsoft Solutions Partner is expanding its Dynamics practice and is looking for a D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join the team.
You’ll work across a range of customer projects, taking responsibility for understanding business requirements and shaping them into practical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform . The position will suit someone comfortable working directly with customers and supporting projects from initial discovery through implementation and post-go-live support.
The Role
- Manage functional delivery across new Dynamics 365 CE implementations and existing system improvements.
- Analyse customer processes and recommend suitable solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform .
- Run discovery sessions and document functional and business requirements.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE and assist with UAT, data migration, training and system rollouts.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve how clients use their CRM and Power Platform environment .
Your Experience
- 2 years’ experience working as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
- Experience working with Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules , including Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
- Previous experience across D365 CE implementations, integrations, upgrades or transformation projects .
- Comfortable running workshops and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to take ownership of your workload while collaborating with consultants and technical teams.
