D365 Business Central Team Lead Europe
Pearson Carter is working with a growing international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner looking for an experienced BC Team Lead to join and help develop its European consulting practice. This is a senior, hands‑on position combining Business Central delivery, functional consultancy and team leadership.
THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of Business Central implementations while leading a team of consultants and developers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle D365 Business Central implementations
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and delivery
- Lead and develop BC Consultants and Developers
- Run workshops, requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis
- Own functional solution design and configuration
- Work closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders
- Support the continued growth of the BC practice
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for someone with:
- 10 years’ D365 BC / NAV experience
- 12 full-cycle implementations
- Strong Business Central Finance knowledge
- 2 years’ team leadership experience
- Strong functional consultancy and project delivery experience
- Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects or Warehousing
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Multi-entity, multi-currency, MB-800, Power BI and Power Automate experience would be advantageous.

Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, UK or Portugal.
