The Role
In this role, you will sit at the centre of strategy execution, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to strategic priorities across the business unit. You will support the Programme Manager and Director of PMO & Strategy by ensuring that OKRs, growth initiatives, governance forums, and leadership commitments remain aligned, visible, and on track. You’ll gather updates, validate data, maintain dashboards, and turn complex information into clear, decision‑ready insights. In your first six months, your impact will be seen through improved visibility of strategy deliverables, trusted reporting, and well‑run planning cycles that enable confident leadership decisions. This opportunity offers close exposure to senior leadership and strategic direction. You won’t just track actions — you will help shape how strategy is operationalised, communicated, and delivered across the organisation.
What You’ll Own
Success in this role means driving clarity, consistency, and discipline across strategic programmes and initiatives.
- OKR & Performance Coordination
- Gather updates, evidence, and metrics from OKR owners; verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain OKR dashboards and trackers, ensuring alignment and version control.
- Prepare weekly and monthly summaries, as well as quarterly review packs for Programme Manager sign‑off.
- Strategy Deliverables & Rhythm of Business
- Maintain a single, up‑to‑date view of strategy deliverables, including owners, milestones, dependencies, and due dates.
- Manage an integrated calendar of planning cycles, checkpoints, and governance forums (e.g., quarterly planning, monthly business reviews, Investment Review Board).
- Consolidate status updates into regular summaries; track actions and decisions through to closure.
- Ensure trackers and dashboards remain aligned, current, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Strategy Documentation & Governance
- Maintain and update strategy documents (priorities, roadmaps, investment cases), ensuring they reflect the latest direction.
- Ensure version control and a clear single source of truth.
- Record decisions and changes accurately.
- Support synthesis and formatting of materials for audience‑appropriate communication.
- Leadership & Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Coordinate inputs with leadership and cross‑functional teams for key meetings, including the Investment Review Board.
- Consolidate content into clear meeting packs and track actions through to completion.
- Escalate gaps, issues, or decision requirements to the Programme Manager in a timely manner.
- Data & Reporting Support
- Support the Programme Manager in responding to strategy and data requests from leadership and teams.
- Compile and validate data, building required outputs including presentations and papers.
- Coordinate inputs from data owners and ensure consistency across reports.
- PMO & Growth Initiatives Support
- Provide delivery and reporting support to the Director of PMO & Strategy as required.
- Track growth initiatives, maintaining a consolidated view of pipeline, status, success metrics, and expected outcomes.
- Prepare concise leadership updates, action logs, and follow‑ups.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation of risks and decisions.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data literacy and the ability to produce clear dashboards, executive summaries, and reports.

About You
