We are hiring Recruitment Consultants to deliver expertise across Front Office Financial Services & Senior Finance Portfolio Search. Prior experience in these areas is preferred; however, candidates with strong transferable skills will be considered, as full training can be provided.
Experience:
- 12 months + recruitment or executive search experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience within Financial Services (preferred but not essential)
- Track record of business development
- Track record of consistent billings
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients at all levels
