Project Delivery

Leading a group-wide profitability and performance improvement exercise, including cost, margin and pricing review, with clear recommendations to the Board and shareholders

Owning a pension fund review and negotiation process, working closely with trustees, actuaries and external advisors to agree pragmatic outcomes

Alongside this, the Interim CFO will support the leadership team in closing investment-related agreements, partnering with shareholders, lenders and advisors, while ensuring robust financial control, cash visibility and high-quality Board reporting.

Candidate profile

Proven Interim CFO

Background in energy, infrastructure, utilities or other asset-heavy environments

Strong experience with PE / investor stakeholders, complex negotiations and Board-level decision making

Hands‐on, commercial and delivery-focused, able to mobiliseBlk quickly

Short‐notice start | 6–9 month duration | remote‐based with some travel at the start of the contract | Competitive day rate
