Pearse Professionals are supporting a fast-growing engineering business in seeking a hands-on project manager with a strong background in AI to drive the delivery of AI and digital initiatives across the business. The role will act as the bridge between external delivery consultants and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the delivery of AI and digital initiatives across product, operations, and business teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track dependencies, risks, and milestones
  • Translate technical AI work from external consultants into actionable business outcomes
  • Drive adoption and change management internally
  • Report progress, benefits, and outcomes to senior leadership
  • Ensure initiatives align with strategic business objectives

Candidate Profile:

  • Background in AI and experience working on AI initiatives (consultancy, technology programmes, or equivalent)
  • Experienced in managing multi-workstream digital or technology programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across product teams, operations, and senior leadership
  • Able to translate technical AI outputs into tangible business impact
