We are delighted to be partnering with a private equity-backed international infrastructure business to appoint an Assistant Treasury Manager to join its growing Finance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing organisation with a significant global project portfolio.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for several key treasury processes, working closely with the wider Treasury team to analyse Group wide cash flows and processes while supporting their continuous improvement. You will take ownership of project level debt facilities, including utilisations, repayments and associated compliance activities, whilst building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, lenders and international project teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage debt drawdowns and repayments, working closely with the business around drawdown timings and supplier payments.
- Assist with the management of debt compliance.
- Interface regularly with lenders, facility agents and international project teams.
- Analyse Group cash flows and assist with the associated reporting.
- Assist with the design and implementation of treasury related processes, cash management and FX strategies.
- Assist in managing banking relationships and bank account administration.
- Assist with debt related audit queries.
- Support ad hoc treasury and finance projects as required.
Experience
- 2–5 years' experience in debt related finance or treasury.
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Experience managing debt drawdowns, compliance and working with associated long form debt documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with experience handling large volumes of data.
- A confident self starter with experience managing external parties.
- A creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to anticipate issues and take preventative action.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment.
- Able to provide recommendations and solutions to both short and long term challenges.
- Experience with construction financing is preferred.
