Vice President Investment Banking – UK M&A

Pearse Partners are exclusively partnering with a European investment bank seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President to join their UK M&A team. The role is sector-agnostic, and the team is open to candidates from all sector backgrounds.

Role

• Assist in the targeting and closing of new deal opportunities
• Prepare and deliver pitches and other presentations for prospective clients
• Lead M&A end to end, interacting with other product and sector teams across the business
• Train and develop junior members of the team
• Maintain client relationships
• Continue to develop and build relationships with key stakeholders across the industry

Requirements

• 6-8 years Investment Banking experience within a full-service IB or Elite Boutique, or Big 4
• Confident leading discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• Technically strong with the ability to manage junior team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
