This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic platform with strong deal flow and highly regarded senior leadership, offering exposure to landmark transactions across Energy and Power, Utilities & Infrastructure (PUI).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the Energy/PUI space
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, financial models, and key transaction documents
- Manage due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors and stakeholders
- Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates within the team
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of experience within an investment banking environment
