Pearse Partners is a fast growing financial services focused recruitment agency, founded in London and now expanding internationally with the opening of a New York office. Part of the Pearse Group including Pearse Professionals and Rutherford Search, we form a group of financial services focused boutique agencies partnering with Investment Banks, Private Equity and Hedge Funds. We are entering a new phase of our growth journey and looking for a Talent Acquisition lead to join our team, playing a pivotal role in our geographical and headcount growth. This role will work across both Pearse Partners and Pearse Professionals, hiring for 7 teams across London and New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the internal recruitment strategy aligned with business growth targets.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefings and advertising to interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with team managers to understand team needs and advise on talent availability and process.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Pearse Group brand and values.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, insights, and data driven recommendations to management team.
