Senior Consultant – London Office

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing M&A projects, from initial strategy to execution.
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in the financial services sector.
• Providing strategic advice and insights to clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaborating with our in‑house team of specialists to deliver end‑to‑end talent solutions.
• Contributing to the growth and success of Pearse Group through innovative ideas and exceptional performance.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of recruitment or executive search experience.
• Experience within Financial Services is advantageous.
• Track record of phone‑based business development.
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients at all levels.
