About the role Join the Real Estate Asset Management team in London, focused on the firm's logistics portfolio across Germany and Poland. You'll support asset management, investment activity and reporting for portfolio companies held within the firm's opportunistic real estate funds.

Key responsibilities

  • Support lease documentation (addendums, dilapidations, rent review memos)
  • Prepare presentations, forecasts and budget reports; analyse operational performance
  • Conduct market research on property trends and investment opportunities
  • Prepare performance reporting (property metrics, occupancy, financials) and co-investor/quarterly reporting materials
  • Liaise with external property managers and leasing teams on operations and tenant relations
  • Maintain asset management databases and support compliance/audit documentation
  • Support transaction due diligence and quarterly board meeting prep
  • Support implementation of H&S/ESG initiatives and new processes
  • Maintain industry data and market intelligence

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field; RICS a bonus
  • Strong knowledge of German and/or Polish real estate markets
  • Fluent English, plus German and/or Polish
  • Proactive, organised, strong communicator; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Other

  • London-based; frequent travel between Germany and Poland
