Job Description
Pearse Partners have partnered with a Tier 1 Real Assets fund who are hiring a Senior Associate into the Credit team.
The team invests across the capital structure across all Real Assets assets but this role sits within the IG team and will be focused on Real Estate and IG Infrastructure deals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and research on assets, companies, and industries.
- Prepare materials for investment committees and third parties.
- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio investments and interact with management teams and investors.
- Support fundraising efforts and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven excellence in academics, work, and personal achievements.
- 6-8 years of experience in banking or related fields (credit investing/project finance preferred).
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
