We're Hiring: Investment Associate – Private Equity Team (Pension fund)

An established and globally active private equity team is seeking to hire a high-performing Investment Associate to join its growing platform. The successful candidate will become a key member of the direct investment team, deploying long-term capital across North America and Europe.

The team focuses on control and significant minority investments, partnering with ambitious management teams and co-investors. Investments span multiple sectors, including Industrials, Business Services, Healthcare, and Tech-Enabled Services.

Key Responsibilities

The Associate will play a critical role in both deal execution and portfolio management, with responsibilities including:

• Financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
• Participation in due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution
• Ongoing support of portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and performance tracking
• Preparation of investment committee materials and sector research

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A investment banking at a top-tier platform
• Strong preference for candidates with a high volume of live transaction experience, including full deal execution, financial modeling, and process management
• Candidates from private equity will only be considered if they demonstrate substantial live deal experience
