We provide tailored debt solutions to help UK SMEs grow through acquisitions, expansions, and working capital support. With over £1bn in lending assets, our client is a leading name in SME finance.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced lending professional to originate and execute SME debt transactions (£1m–£20m), with a strong focus build new relationships, and continuously grow the portfolio. You’ll underwrite deals, lead negotiations, and mentor team members .

What You’ll Need

• Track record in SME Cashflow/Leveraged Finance
• Strong origination network and credit skills
• Familiarity with LMA documentation
• Proficient in financial modelling (Excel)
