Role Overview
Join a high-performing Private Equity investment team focused on evaluating and executing primary fund commitments and direct co-investment opportunities across Europe. The Analyst will support full lifecycle investment work, from sourcing and diligence to portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on funds, GPs, and direct opportunities.
- Build financial models, support valuation work, and run scenario analyses.
- Prepare investment memos and materials for IC.
- Support market mapping, GP relationship tracking, and portfolio analytics.
- Assist in due diligence across commercial, financial, operational, and legal streams.
- Monitor existing fund and co-invest positions and prepare periodic reporting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting or PE.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated interest in private equity, secondaries, or funds investing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, curious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
