Pearse Partners is a specialist front office agency. Over the past 7 years, we have become leaders within Front Office Financial Services with teams covering Investment Banking (M&A), Private Equity, Credit, Investor Relations and ESG. We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for experienced Consultants to join our Private Equity team. This would suit someone who has experience in a sales role looking to move into recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Work the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call to salary negotiation
- Actively source and qualify candidates relevant to your sector
- Market map for live and upcoming roles
- Business develop your own client network
- Attend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationships
- Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, credentials, white papers and other marketing material
- Take advantage of ongoing training and development to become an expert in your sector
Qualifications:
- 18+ months experience in a recruitment or sales role with proven ability to hit targets
- Understanding of financial services
- Proactive and organised
- Confident phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication
- Personable with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
