Pearse Group comprises two specialist recruitment search firms: Pearse Partners, specialising in front-office financial services, and Pearse Portfolio, specialising in senior qualified finance appointments.
We are growing quickly and are now looking for a CRM & Commercial Operations Associate to join our team and help us build the infrastructure behind that growth. This is a newly created role with the opportunity to genuinely shape how we manage our data, CRM, commercial information and marketing activity.
You will have exposure across the whole business rather than being restricted to one function, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and make a visible impact as Pearse Group continues to grow.
What will you be doing?
You will become the go-to person for our Bullhorn CRM and commercial data, while also supporting the wider business with client-facing and marketing projects.
A big part of the role will be taking information from across the business and turning it into polished, professional materials that our consultants can use with clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and improving our Bullhorn CRM and data
- Building reports & dashboards
- Cleaning, analysing and segmenting CRM data
- Preparing client pitch decks and presentations
- Creating company credentials, case studies and track-record materials
- Supporting proposals and tenders
- Conducting market and client research
- Supporting LinkedIn, content, events and wider marketing activity
- Helping improve internal processes and systems
- Taking ownership of ad-hoc commercial projects
What we are looking for
We are ideally looking for someone with 2β4 years' experience in CRM, marketing operations, commercial operations, recruitment operations, professional services marketing, sales operations or a similar environment.
You will need to be:
- Highly organised and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Confident working with data and CRM systems
- Proficient in Canva, with experience creating polished presentations, pitch materials and marketing collateral
- Able to create polished, client-ready presentations
- Commercially minded
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Bullhorn experience is highly desirable, although we are open to people who have used other CRM systems and have strong transferable experience. Experience within recruitment, executive search or professional services would also be a major advantage.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
At Pearse Group, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. We are committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are fair, inclusive and based on skills, experience and potential. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and encourage candidates to bring their authentic selves to work.
