About the Firm
A leading European early-stage venture capital firm is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to support global fundraising and LP engagement efforts. The firm invests across Seed to Series B stages in high-growth technology sectors, including software, fintech, and consumer.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role working directly with Partners to support fundraising, investor communications, and relationship management. The Associate will help develop marketing materials, manage investor reporting, coordinate events, and maintain LP engagement across Europe and beyond. The position offers strong visibility and career progression within a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all fundraising activities, including investor materials, DDQs, data room management, and LP targeting
- Manage relationships with existing LPs through calls, meetings, newsletters, and reporting
- Coordinate logistics and materials for investor events and semi-annual meetings
- Assist with press releases, social media, and wider brand communications
- Partner with finance and legal teams on investor reporting and compliance
Key Requirements
