Pearse Partners are exclusively partnering with a European investment bank seeking a further Associate to join their UK M&A team. The role is sector-agnostic, and the team is open to candidates from all sector backgrounds.
Key responsibilities:
- Execution of transactions (M&A) within a generalist capacity
- Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, holding the pen on modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
- Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
Ideal Background:
- 2-5 years working M&A experience within an IB or Accountancy firm
- M&A deal experience is essential
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
