Pearse Partners has partnered with an Elite Boutique looking to expand their TMT team with multiple growth hires. The team has an extremely active deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years M&A deal experience from a leading TMT IB team.
Key responsibilities:- Execution of transactions (M&A) across the TMT
- Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
- Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
- 2+ years working in an Investment Banking
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
