Pearse Partners has partnered with an American investment bank looking to expand their TMT M&A team. The team has an extremely active deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years M&A deal experience – either from another IB or an accountancy firm, and 1+ years audit/assurance experience prior to this.
Key responsibilities:
- Execution of TMT transactions (M&A)
- Manage and mentor juniors within the team
- Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IMs, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
- Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
Ideal Background:
- 1+ years working in an Investment Banking/Big 4 M&A environment
- 1+ years working in audit/assurance
- ACA qualification
- Exposure across multiple sectors
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
