We are actively working with a London-based real estate private equity fund backed by a large international investor, who is seeking a high-calibre Associate to support acquisitions and asset management activities. The fund manages a $2B+ portfolio focused on long-income, core/core-plus office assets across major European cities.
Youβll work closely with senior team members on the full investment cycle β from deal sourcing and underwriting to execution and ongoing portfolio management. The role suits a driven, analytically strong professional looking to deepen exposure to institutional real estate investing.
Responsibilities- Build financial models (DCF, IRR, lease-by-lease cash flows, sensitivities) for new acquisitions
- Support due diligence processes, coordinate third-party consultants, and help prepare investment memos
- Track market data, analyse tenant credit profiles, and support leasing/capex decisions on existing assets
- Prepare materials for IC, LP reporting, and valuations
- Assist with asset business plans, ESG initiatives, and operational oversight
- Engage with brokers, advisors, and JV partners to support origination
- 4β8 yearsβ experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or advisory
- Strong modeling and Excel skills; Argus familiarity a plus
- Exposure to commercial office transactions (preferably long-income/core-plus)
- Highly analytical, commercially aware, and comfortable presenting findings
- Fluent in English; European language skills and cross-border experience desirable
