Associate – Global Infrastructure Private Equity Fund (3–4 Years’ Experience)
A leading global infrastructure investor is seeking an exceptional Associate to join its London-based investment team. The platform has a proven track record of delivering strong returns across core and value-add infrastructure sectors, including energy transition, utilities, transport, and digital infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high-profile transactions alongside a highly regarded team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of investments across the full deal lifecycle, including origination, structuring, due diligence, and closing.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support decision-making.
- Conduct detailed industry, market, and asset-level analysis to identify risks and value drivers.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials and other stakeholder presentations.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to value creation initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of experience and currently at Associate level within infrastructure private equity or investment banking, with direct exposure to transactions. (2021–2022 Associate vintage preferred.)
- Top-ranked performer with a proven record of execution and analytical excellence.
