Job Description

Associate – Global Infrastructure Private Equity Fund (3–4 Years’ Experience)

A leading global infrastructure investor is seeking an exceptional Associate to join its London-based investment team. The platform has a proven track record of delivering strong returns across core and value-add infrastructure sectors, including energy transition, utilities, transport, and digital infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high-profile transactions alongside a highly regarded team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of investments across the full deal lifecycle, including origination, structuring, due diligence, and closing.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed industry, market, and asset-level analysis to identify risks and value drivers.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials and other stakeholder presentations.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to value creation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–4 years of experience and currently at Associate level within infrastructure private equity or investment banking, with direct exposure to transactions. (2021–2022 Associate vintage preferred.)
  • Top-ranked performer with a proven record of execution and analytical excellence.
  • Strong technical skills, including advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
  • Commercially minded with excellent judgment and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
