A leading global Venture Capital Fund is seeking to hire a Head of Investor Relations to lead its fundraising & investor relations function. The firm has an extensive track record investing in high-growth companies across software, fintech and digital health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all fundraising initiatives across current and future fund vehicles, including preparation of marketing materials, DDQs, and investor documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing LPs, managing communications, quarterly reporting, and ongoing relationship development.
- Develop and execute a long-term capital formation strategy, identifying and cultivating relationships with institutional, family office, and HNW investors globally.
- Manage data rooms, investor portals, and CRM systems to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
- Partner with legal, finance, and investment teams on LPAs, fund structuring, and compliance requirements.
- Lead the coordination and execution of the firm’s AGM, roadshows, and investor events.
- Support co-investment and continuation vehicle discussions as required.
- Track and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and investor feedback to inform strategy.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or fundraising within private markets (preferably venture capital, growth equity, or private equity).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies in a compelling way.
- Strong network across the LP landscape (including family offices, consultants, and institutional allocators).
- Proficient with CRM systems, data room platforms, and investor reporting tools.
