Pearse Partners has been mandated by a leading global consultancy to hire an Analyst into their London-based Debt Advisory Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders, and assist in creating and reviewing financial strategies, business plans, and models (P&L, cash flow, DCF, LBO).
- Preparing transaction related documents and evaluation analysis as well as involvement in discussions for debt financing options
- Co-ordination and preparation of business due diligence
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- Leveraged Finance/Debt Advisory experience within IB(preferable), or within a consultancy/professional services firm
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong skills in cash flow forecasting and business planning
