Pearse Partners are working with a Global Telecoms network operator, who are looking to hire a group corporate finance director to lead financial initiatives.
Role Requirements:
- Support discussions and negotiations with investors (new and existing), strategic partners and other key stakeholders.
- Overseeing preparation of financial model and materials, performance updates, coordination of internal and external stakeholders, facilitation of due diligence processes (including answering investor questions) and drafting of legal agreements.
- Preparation and presentation of financial and operational board materials.
- Leading ad hoc financial analyses in order to assist management in the decision-making.
- Managing key relationships with existing and potential lenders, banks and other financial institutions.
You must have:
- Ideally coming from a Telecoms corporation.
- Excellent Financial Modelling ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
