The Pearse Group is a group of boutique financial services focused recruitment agencies including Pearse Partners and Pearse Professionals. We are hiring for an Office Manager/administration assistant to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our London office, including supporting the Managing Director in a personal and professional capacity. We are a fast-paced, hands-on office meaning no two days will look the same!

We have ambitious growth plans and there is opportunity for this role to grow with the business. This includes:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders & suppliers
  • Managing grocery orders
  • Scheduling office maintenance
  • Ensuring the office is always well presented
  • Arranging bi-yearly team-wide company off-sites including all travel arrangements, logistical support and cost analysis
  • Managing our internal interim payroll and contracting
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative office culture

Prior experience in an office admin/manager role within a fast-paced dynamic environment is required. We are looking for a culture carrier within the office.
