Pearse Group, including Pearse Partners (Front Office Financial Services), Pearse Professionals (CFO & Executive Search) and Rutherford Search (Legal & Compliance) are a fast growing financial services focused group of boutique recruitment agencies. Founded in London and now expanding internationally with the opening of an office in New York in 2026. As we enter our next phase of growth we’re hiring an administration executive to help us continue to scale. This is fast paced, hands on role that will work across Pearse Partners & Pearse Professionals.

The Role

  • Full responsibility for credit control, including chasing invoices over the phone and via email.
  • Work with Pearse Professionals interim team to assist with temp admin, including contracts, timesheets and payment providers.
  • Update internal reports and trackers, including sending out management reports.
  • Ordering of office supplies, including fruit & refreshments.
  • Assist with setting up new starters.
  • Ensure the office is organised and tidy.
  • Additional ad hoc requests from Director.

This is a varied role with regular ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a fast paced customer facing role is essential.
  • Experience in an office or admin executive role is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast pace environment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Can do, positive attitude; excellent written and verbal communication.
