I'm working with a PE-backed professional services business looking to hire a Senior Manager into its Corporate Development team in London.
The business is pursuing an ambitious m&a strategy, and this individual will work closely with senior leadership and the PE sponsor to identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions while helping shape the wider growth strategy.
The role will involve:
- Leading M&A opportunities from initial assessment through to execution
- Assessing new markets, sectors and acquisition opportunities
- Building investment cases, valuation analysis and financial models
- Managing due diligence and transaction workstreams
- Working closely with the PE sponsor, management team and external advisers
- Supporting broader strategic and growth initiatives across the group
- Corporate Development professionals from acquisitive or PE-backed businesses
- PE investment professionals looking to transition into an operating / Corporate Development role
- Strong Investment Banking candidates will also be considered (within services)
- Strong M&A execution, commercial judgement and financial modelling skills
- Experience across Business Services, Financial Services or other people-led / professional services sectors is highly desirable
