Pearse Group, including Pearse Partners (Front Office Financial Services), Pearse Professionals (CFO & Executive Search) and Rutherford Search (Legal & Compliance) are a fast growing financial services focused group of boutique recruitment agencies. Founded in London and now expanding internationally with the opening of an office in New York in 2026. As we enter our next growth phase, we’re launching our spring talent academy, with the opportunity to join a team across Pearse Partners or Pearse Professionals. This is suited to a recent graduate, second job or career change to move into a supported recruitment role. You’ll work directly with some of the world’s largest financial institutions across Investment Banking, Credit, Private Equity and their Portfolio Companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call to salary negotiation
- Actively source and qualify candidates relevant to your sector
- Market map for live and upcoming roles
- Attend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationships
- Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, credentials, white papers and other marketing material
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM
- Take advantage of ongoing training and development to become an expert in your sector
Requirements:
- 2:1 university qualification OR 12 months in a recruitment/sales role OR relevant work experience
- Understanding of financial services and motivation to work in the sector
- Proactive and organised
- Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Confident phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication
- Personable with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
