From the indulgent delights of our Pearly Cow Restaurant to our sun-soaked beach-facing terrace and buzzing events space, you'll be at the helm of an operation that’s anything but ordinary. This is your chance to bring serious flavour, personality, and a splash of seaside sparkle to one of Brighton’s most exciting hospitality spots. This is a full-time role (45 hours per week) with a pay package of £58k OTE.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Steering the ship across all F&B outlets – restaurant, terrace, bar, and events (captain's hat optional, leadership essential).
- Keeping Pearly Cow running smoother than a perfectly shucked oyster, even at breakfast!
- Driving revenue like it's a Bank Holiday weekend – think creative events, clever upselling, and packed-out terraces.
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team that's as bright as the Brighton Pier.
- Working closely with the Head Chef to keep menus fresh, seasonal, and seriously tempting.
- Making sure every event goes off without a hitch, including our guests getting hitched!
- Watching the numbers as closely as the weather forecast – managing costs, stock, and performance.
- Being a visible host who knows when to chat, charm, and check in with our guests.
About You:
- A seasoned F&B pro who knows their way around a busy floor and a P&L.
- A natural people person – you can lead a team and win over guests in equal measure.
- Commercially savvy, with a knack for turning great experiences into great results.
- Cool under pressure, even when the terrace is three-deep and the rosé is flowing.
- Experienced across multi-outlet venues (bonus points for events and outdoor spaces).
- As comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are planning strategy.
- A genuine love for food, drink, and the Brighton buzz.
What You'll Get:
- Competitive salary + bonus (because hard work deserves more than just chips on the side).
- The chance to put your stamp on a standout seaside destination.
- Career growth within a boutique group that’s going places.
- Team perks, discounts, and plenty of reasons to stick around after your shift.
