Our client is a leading provider of road transport equipment solutions. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team based in East Perth. This is a great opportunity to join one of WA’s fastest‑growing transport equipment businesses, known for delivering high‑quality solutions while prioritising customer productivity, safety and long‑term service.
The Role
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships and achieving sales growth across your allocated region.
- Identifying, targeting and securing new customers.
- Managing field‑based sales opportunities and maintaining an active pipeline.
- Preparing and submitting quotations in line with company processes.
- Monitoring quote conversion rates, margins and pricing requirements.
- Providing after‑sales follow‑up to encourage customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Re‑engaging previous customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate sales activity and reporting through CRM systems.
- Supporting sales forecasting, planning and business development activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Attending sales meetings and contributing to business strategy discussions.
- Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the road transport or a similar related industry (essential).
- Previous business development or direct sales experience (ideally).
- Excellent organisational skills, professionalism and high attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office and general CRM/sales reporting systems.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Proactive and customer‑focused approach, with the ability to meet sales targets, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Full working rights.
- Ability to provide a National Police Clearance.
