Come join the opening leadership team of Pearl launching September 2026. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our opening management team and help lead the successful launch and operation of this exciting new concept.
Pearl Mayfair, our exciting 60 cover standalone restaurant and terrace from The Beaumont Mayfair, is opening this September in the beautiful, reimagined Brown Hart Gardens, one of Mayfair's most exclusive and distinctive locations. Pearl will transport guests to the Mediterranean through vibrant food, welcoming service and stylish design alongside a stunning garden for intimate al fresco dining.
With menus created by Culinary Director Lisa Goodwin-Allen influenced by Italy, Spain and Greece and service from early morning to late evening, Pearl will offer everything from breakfast and indulgent lunches through to late-afternoon aperitivo and family-style dinners, complemented by seasonal cocktails, wines and a la carte dining.
Blending elevated Mediterranean cooking with the ritual of social dining, Pearl will be a Mediterranean escape in the heart of Mayfair.
