The Role
Remote Accountant — Pearl Lemon Group

We\’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Accountant to join the finance team at Pearl Lemon Group, a globally distributed, award-winning marketing and acquisitions agency. You\’ll work across multiple business units, ensuring financial accuracy, helping us scale sustainably, and reporting to leadership with actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and vendor invoices.
- Handle payroll, tax filings, and compliance reporting (UK & international).
- Create and maintain financial dashboards for management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and client teams.
- Implement and improve financial systems and processes.
