We are a well-established, privately owned property investment company seeking a reliable and experienced Property Administrator to support our Commercial Property Management team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities across a busy property portfolio.

The Role

You will provide essential administrative, utilities, and coordination support, acting as a key link between tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management team
  • Manage utility accounts (set up, transfers, billing queries, supplier liaison)
  • Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate maintenance works and track job orders through to completion
