Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands - Candidates based outside the Netherlands are also encouraged to apply, as long as they are open to relocating here for this position.

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), Part-time (32 hours/week) may be negotiable - please indicate in your application.

As an Admin & HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting both the operational and people aspects of our Amstelveen office. You will oversee daily administrative processes, assist with employee support and record keeping, and help create a well‐organized and engaging workplace environment.

A key part of this role involves bridging between our HQ in Korea and the local European office, ensuring smooth communication, timely coordination, and alignment on administrative and HR matters. You will act as a trusted point of contact, helping translate global policies into practical local operations while keeping both sides informed and connected.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands‐on office management with meaningful interactions across diverse teams. You will help ensure that both our workspace and our people run smoothly, while contributing ideas to improve internal operations and employee experience.

You will collaborate closely with senior management, office management and HR teams, and cross‐functional departments such as Marketing, Live Operations, and Product Management.

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration
    • Coordinate daily office activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Handle internal and external correspondence (emails, calls, mail, and courier services).
    • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, courier, suppliers).
    • Prepare and submit administrative reports, proposals, and presentations as requested.
    • Ensure office facilities are well maintained and serve as the main contact for building management.
    • Provide cross‐functional administrative support to other departments when needed.
    • Assist in organizing company events and team gatherings (e.g., seasonal parties, workshops, and celebrations).
    • Support company asset registration and general inventory management (office supplies, furniture, equipment).
  • Human Resources
    • Assist in leave and attendance tracking, timesheet or overtime data preparation, and monthly HR reporting.
    • Assist with payroll data preparation (e.g., leave summary, variable pay items, allowances).
    • Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and cultural events.
    • Support employee onboarding and off‐boarding processes.
    • Regularly align and review with headquarters regarding employee and company benefits.
Requirements
  • Fluency in business English and proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in office administration or HR support, with a genuine interest in people operations and organizational culture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast‐paced and evolving environment.
  • High level of attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality when handling employee or company data.
  • Ability and willingness to work on‐site at our Amstelveen office.
  • A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude, showing ownership and initiative in daily work.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, creative, and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a multinational, tech, or gaming environment.
  • Experience in vendor coordination or external partner management.
  • Experience in event planning or office activities organization.
  • Proficiency in Korean is required; Dutch is considered a strong plus.
  • Genuine affinity with the tech or gaming industry, and interest in its culture and community.
