Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Accept Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced MHE Instructor for our well-established and reputable client based in Kirby Muxloe. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified trainer to join a fast-paced warehouse operation and play a key role in upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver MHE training (basic and refresher) across all on-site equipment (PPT, LLOP, CB, Reach)
  • Ensure all trainees are fully authorised before operating machinery
  • Support and coach staff on safe working practices
  • Review SSOWs and operational processes, taking ownership of the site training plan
  • Engage with departments to ensure training refreshers are completed and compliance standards are consistently met
  • Work closely with team leaders to align training with operational needs
  • Maintain training records and compliance documentation
  • Carry out equipment checks and ensure safety standards are met
  • Support general warehouse operations when required

Requirements

  • Valid RTITB / ITSSAR (or equivalent) MHE Trainer or Instructor certification
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
