Pear is an official Tik Tok Shop partner. We help FMCG, Beauty, health and many more brands grow on Tik
Tok
Shop: activating creators and affiliates, setting up and running the shop, live selling, and putting paid spend behind the content that is already converting.
We are a small team with a growing client base and a clear methodology for getting brands selling.
The Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to look after a portfolio of our brand clients.
You will be the main point of contact for the brands you manage, responsible for keeping their accounts running smoothly, their campaigns on track, and their results moving in the right direction.
This is a client-facing delivery role.
You sit between the brands and our internal team, making sure the work gets done to a high standard and the client always knows where things stand.
What you'll do
- Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of brand accounts and build strong working relationships with each client.
- Manage the delivery of each client's Tik Tok Shop activity, coordinating creator outreach, content, shop management and paid campaigns with our internal team.
- Keep clients informed with clear, regular updates and performance reporting.
- Track account performance against targets and raise issues or opportunities early.
- Lead client calls, review meetings and onboarding for new brands.
- Look for ways to grow each account and work with the team to deliver them.
- Keep projects organised, on schedule and to the standard our clients expect.
- What are we looking for
- Experience in account or client management, ideally in ecommerce, social media, influencer or agency work.
- A confident communicator who can build trust with clients and stay calm when things get busy.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage several accounts and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable with numbers and reporting: you can read performance data and explain what it means in plain terms.
- A real interest in social commerce and how brands grow on Tik Tok.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management or client services, preferably within digital marketing, social commerce, or influencer/creator marketing.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to develop and execute brand growth strategies across social platforms, with a particular interest in Tik Tok, live commerce, and creator-led content.
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimisation, including interpreting campaign metrics and drawing actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting ideas, negotiating, and managing expectations with brand partners.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving products, processes, and partner needs.
- Proficiency with common marketing and collaboration tools (e. g., analytics dashboards, CRM systems, project management platforms) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in FMCG, e Commerce, or social media commerce, and familiarity with Tik Tok Shop or other marketplace platforms, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Tik Tok Shop, creator or affiliate marketing, or DTC ecommerce.
- Familiarity with FMCG or consumer brands.
Neither is essential. We can teach the platform to the right person.
What we offer
- hybrid working, based in London.
- A close team where your work has a visible effect on the brands you manage.
- Room to grow as the company grows.
