Our team is growing and we're hiring a Full Time Receptionist. We are a living wage employer, this role is £13.45 an hour.
Are you passionate about animal care and looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and friendly team? You’ll be working alongside our lovely team of 4 experienced vets, 4 dedicated RVNs, a VCA and 2 wonderful Receptionists to help us deliver outstanding care to our patients and their people.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, emails and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and procedures
- Dispense medicine and assist with infection control
- Generate and file patient paperwork
- Perform daily financial tasks
- Support clients in times of need and make patients feel welcome and calm
Qualifications
- Caring, reliable and a true team player
- Confident around animals and people
- Keen to support all areas of the practice
- Happy to work Monday to Friday (with a regular day off in the week) and a share of Saturday mornings
Working Hours & Remuneration
4 days a week, Monday to Friday + a share of Saturday mornings; 38 hrs per week contract; paid on top of salary; part-time applicants welcome; living wage employer; hourly rate £13.45 an hour.
