You will be ensuring smooth administration of accounting processes, so this role is suited to someone with strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers. Daily duties and responsibilities:
- Managing calls and emails, ensuring timely query resolution
- Verifying invoices on accounting ledgers in line with SLAs
- Conducting account reconciliations and adhering to month-end deadlines
- Overseeing stock management, handling payments and receipt postings
- Providing exceptional support to internal and external customers
- Working with internal teams, assisting with departmental controls and audits
- Supporting with ad hoc project work as required
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role and/or AAT Level 1 (or equivalent)
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
