The Village Tree Café in Canada Water is looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Supervisor to support the daily operations of the café. We are a neighbourhood spot focused on quality, consistency and warm customer service, and we’re looking for someone who can lead by example and support the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily front-of-house operations.
- Supporting and guiding the team during service.
- Preparing coffees, drinks, sandwiches and salads.
- Multitasking effectively between service, food preparation and cleaning.
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, presentation and customer experience.
- Opening and closing the café, including basic cash-handling procedures.
- Communicating with management and helping maintain smooth operations.
