Job Description SENIOR FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER Essential: strong FBP + Financial Services + Board/Exec insight reporting £90,000 – £110,000 + package (incl. 30% bonus) City of London (hybrid WFH 2 days p/wk) Pear Talent is representing a private equity backed Financial Services business who have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the head of the team you’ll lead engagement with key business functions driving efficiency and proposing strategies for growth. This will include helping these functions manage both BAU and project spend, providing budgeting and forecasting to aid decision making and achieve business objectives, as well as deliver MI and trend analysis to ensure all cost centre owners are achieving their targets. You’ll be expected to develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure business plans are understood, challenged and approved across functions.
