Pear Recruitment: Office Administrator / Customer service Co -Ordinator Location: Wood Green Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

Our client is a fast growing property maintenance and construction company working with estate agents, landlords, property managers and private homeowners across London.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and friendly Office Administrator to join thier growing team.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly.
  • Book appointments for engineers and contractors.
  • Create and manage jobs using our internal booking system.
  • Record customer information and job note accurately.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders and engineer ETA notifications.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, estate agents, property managers and suppliers.
  • Reschedule appointments where required.
  • Monitor engineers' diaries and assist with scheduling.
  • Upload photographs, quotations and documentation.
  • Raise quotations and invoices (training provided).
  • Receive deliveries and organise stock.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure Job progress efficiently
