As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving business growth, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, securing sales, meeting your own targets and supporting the wider team in achieving branch targets, building strong relationships along the way with both the team and clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within residential property sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients. Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers. Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities. Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders. Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing. Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth. Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression.
