- Following up on leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiating terms and co-ordinating sales to completion
- Assessing buyers' financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors
- Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining applicant database
- Commercial awareness and business understanding
- Relationship-building and networking ability
- CRM and sales software knowledge
- Full clean driving licence
